Moda Branded Products carry a one-year limited warranty when purchased by a consumer (end-user) from an authorized reseller.

WARRANTY TERMS

Drexel Industries Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from an authorized reseller. During the warranty period, Drexel Industries Inc. will repair, replace, or refund (at Drexel's sole discretion) the defective product. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications of the product.
